FAQ

Q: What are your rates?

A: Since each artwork requires an individual amount of blood, sweat and tears to get it done properly, there is no such thing as a price list. If you're interested in acquiring a Killustrations piece, please just get in touch (preferably with as many informations about the project as possible), and we'll come up with a tailor-made offer.

Q: Do you also work with unsigned bands?

A: Of course! As you can see in our portfolio, we haven't only worked with established acts, but with numerous small and/or complete DIY acts from all over the globe as well. This is about passion & quality, not about fame or album sales. It's great to be able to combine these four aspects, but if this is not the case, it should at least not keep you from getting in touch with Killustrations.

Q: Do you only work with bands?

A: No. Artistic expressions are not reserved for a specific branch or genre, therefore Killustrations' works appear inside as well as outside of the music scene. We have worked with bands, labels and festivals, but also with writers, directors, NGOs, social projects, clubs, companies or private persons.

Q: Is there any unreleased artwork available?

A: Usually we prefer to do tailor-made artwork in order to come up with a unique, stringent and compelling whole, while due to high demands there's unfortunately not much time to work on private projects. Nonetheless once in a while an artwork doesn't fully match the commissioner's vision, so there is indeed a small portfolio of unreleased artwork which may contain a piece that could be acquired.

Q: How long do you need to do an artwork?

A: The required working time naturally depends on the concept of the artwork and its complexity. A project may take from a day or two to several weeks. When you work with deadlines, please also keep in mind that Killustrations is usually fully booked for some time ahead. Hence the simple rule: the earlier you get in touch, the smoother the procedure.
